Licensing Policy

Scope

This Licensing Policy applies to software, platform access, accounts, interfaces, and related digital services provided by Whale Sweepstakes Software (“Whale Sweepstakes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to approved business customers and is not a player license or player-support policy.

Limited License

Subject to payment and compliance with applicable terms, customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software and related services solely for approved business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

Ownership

All software, trademarks, game content, interfaces, documentation, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing software licenses or access does not transfer ownership.

Authorized Business Users

Customers may permit access only to personnel and contractors who need it for the approved business operation and are allowed under the applicable account structure. Customers are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts and credentials.

Prohibited Uses

• Copying or redistributing software, content, or documentation without authorization.
• Reselling, renting, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting access outside the approved business arrangement.
• Transferring accounts, credentials, or access to an unauthorized person, business, or location.
• Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code or internal systems, except where a restriction cannot lawfully be enforced.
• Hacking, introducing malicious code, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Bypassing authentication, security measures, access controls, reporting, or technical limitations.
• Using the software, platform, accounts, or services unlawfully.

Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the software complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and operating rules. Whale Sweepstakes does not provide legal, regulatory, or tax advice.

Suspension or Termination

Whale Sweepstakes may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security concerns, policy violations, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or platform availability. Suspension or termination does not create any right to a refund.

Additional Written Terms

A platform-specific agreement, quote, invoice, order confirmation, or other written term may modify this Policy for a particular product or transaction and will control in a direct conflict.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Licensing Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when the current version became effective.
